Custom Enquiry
Can't find what you are looking for? Please complete the below enquiry form, detailing as much information as possible, and we will get back to you.
Please note, the letters will be cut as the sample text shown, with the overall height matching the tallest letter. For example, if your word is Plastic at 100mm high in Arial Rounded, the P and l will be 100mm high and the others will be shorter than 100mm but will be in the correct ratio to the sample text.
If you have a larger letter and one that hangs below the writing line, for example a k and a g, the overall height will from the lowest point to the highest point (from the top of the k to the bottom of the g).
If you are looking for a specific width, fitting templates or tape to be applied to the rear of the letters, we can still help. Contact us here to discuss your requirements.

The cast acrylic colour range has an extensive selection of both vibrant and neutral colours. Each sheet offers an attractive glossy surface, covered with protective film, on both sides. Cast acrylic is generally the preferred choice for laser cutting or complex machining processes.
Acrylic is an extremely versatile material and is one of the most widespread plastics in everyday use. The material is both lightweight yet strong and boasts an outstanding resistance to ageing and weathering. You will find acrylic being used as an alternative to glass and for many other applications including arts and crafts, DIY projects, splashbacks, partitions, screens, wall protection, retail displays, signs and so much more.
It is important to note that whilst this colour is not see-through, it may still allow some transmission of light. Should you be fixing the material to a wall, we would suggest the rear of the material is painted with a solvent free black paint (an acrylic paint is ideal) to ensure that any bonding marks and shadows do not show through to the front.
Acrylic can sometimes be referred to as Perspex®, Plexiglas®, Lucite®, Altuglas®, Acrycast® or Policril®. These are simply brand names of acrylic, much like Hoover® is with regards to vacuum cleaners.
Tolerance: Cast acrylic has an industry standard thickness tolerance of +/-10% + 0.4mm.
