PETG is not as strong as polycarbonate however is commonly used as an economical alternative to polycarbonate as it can, in some circumstances, be easier to work with. The material will not shatter like glass and is both FDA and EEC approved for use with food. PETG is often used in many public buildings, airports, schools and where safety and security is required. PETG is popular for food environments, machine guards and shelters.
Tolerance: PETG has an industry standard thickness tolerance of +/-1mm.

We aim to process, cut and dispatch standard orders within 4 working days. Orders with extras such as holes, rounded corners or cut-outs and laser cut shapes and letters will be dispatched within 6 working days. Once dispatched, delivery in the UK will usually take place within 1-2 working days. Should you have an urgent request, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery leadtimes are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver your order in time, we will contact you immediately, inform you of the delay and offer a revised due date. We will of course issue a full refund should the new due date be unsatisfactory.
