    How long does delivery take?

       
     

    Most orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 working days upon receipt of cleared payment however some fabricated items may require longer. Please check individual product pages for the delivery timescale.

     

     

     

    From dispatch, delivery within the UK Mainland is usually next day. Offshore destinations will be slightly longer. Whilst delivery dates are given in good faith, no responsibility can be accepted for costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of your order.     What are your delivery charges? 

     
     

    We like to keep things simple that is why, regardless of your order size or value, we only charge a flat rate location delivery fee:

     

     

    Zone 1 - Standard UK Mainland:

    £7.50

     

     

    Zone 2 - Scottish Highlands:

    £19.95

     

     

    Zone 3 - Northern Ireland:

    £24.95

     

      Zone 4 - All other Isles off the mainland:

    How will my order be packaged and delivered?

       
     

    We have experienced packing staff who will package your order in a manner which will help protect your product in transit. Depending on the size and weight of your order, we will either deliver your order via Royal Mail, a reputable courier / pallet company or by our own transport.

     

     

         
     
     
     

    My order has arrived damaged, what should I do next?

       
     

    In the unlikely event your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. To help process a replacement and to raise a claim against the delivery company, we will usually ask for a photograph of your damaged order. In most cases, collection of the damaged item(s) will take place when the replacement is delivered.

     

     

         
     
     
     

    Can I collect my order and save on delivery charges?

       
     

    Yes. All orders may be collected from our factory Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) however we do ask customers to call us in advance (particularly for fabricated items) to ensure material and items will be available at time of collection.

     

     

         
     
     
     

    What is your Returns Policy?

         
     

    Private Individuals are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act and may request a return authorisation number within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information and details on goods exempt from this Act, such as cut to size material.

     

     

     

    Business Customer return requests will only be accepted in extreme circumstances unless the product is faulty or damaged. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.
